Privacy: the contact form
This page covers one thing: the contact form on rallywithkori.com. It's run by Rally with Kori.
What we collect when you send a message
- Your name, your email address and your message.
- Your company and phone number, only if you choose to give them.
- The IP address your message was sent from. We keep it to investigate abuse, such as spam.
What we do with it
- We use it to reply to you. That's all.
- We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't send you marketing.
- Your message is stored in Rally with Kori's own business system. Our website and that system are hosted by Cloudflare, which carries the data for us. Aspen Creative House, Inc. runs this website and that system for us, in its own Cloudflare account, and can see your message there.
How long we keep it
- Your message, name and contact details are kept while we're talking with you. Ask us and we'll delete them.
- A record that a message arrived, when, and from what IP address is kept permanently. Our records can't be edited or erased, so that record stays even after your message is deleted.
Cookies
- The contact form sets no cookies.
